FAQ
Who do you work with?
We collaborate with a diverse range of talent, including models, actors, and creatives of all kinds. We welcome individuals of all genders, including male, female, and non-binary, as well as talents from various ethnic backgrounds. Our representation extends to individuals aged 5 and above, but we do not contract children under the age of 5.
Are you a school for acting or modeling?
No, we are not an acting or modeling school. While we do offer educational seminars and classes related to the industry, it is not mandatory to take these classes directly through our agency.
Do you charge a fee for representation?
Absolutely not. Our agency operates on a commission basis, meaning we only receive compensation if we secure work for you. You only pay us when you get paid through the jobs we find for you.
Is it necessary to have professional pictures?
For your initial submission, we prefer simple, natural photos of you as you currently are. These can be taken in front of a plain, clean background. Once you become part of our talent roster, it is essential to maintain up-to-date, professional photos. We recommend using skilled photographers who understand the industry's requirements. If you are new to the business, we can help you select professionals with proven experience who can create a strong initial portfolio. Having the right photographer ensures that your images are of top quality and align with the market's expectations.
How do I keep you updated with my work if I'm signed with your agency?
You play a vital role in managing your online profile and keeping your information current. Your personal gallery on our website showcases images of you and can include your resume, on-camera work samples, demos (if applicable), and more. It is your responsibility to provide us with new materials for inclusion in your individual gallery page. Additionally, you need to keep your contact information (address, phone, email, account details, etc.) up-to-date at all times.
How can I sign up to be represented by your agency?
The primary method to be considered for representation is through the submission page ("Get Scouted") on our website. This is the main source we use to discover new talent. Our staff also actively scouts for potential talent and may extend invitations to individuals who show promise and encourage them to apply through the submission page. Regardless of the route, everyone starts by using the "Get Scouted" feature on our website.
What types of actors and models are you seeking?
We are seeking various types of talent for print ads, videos, movies, commercials, and other projects. In general, we are looking for photogenic men, women, teens, and pre-adolescents who can comfortably adapt to different situations in a fast-paced environment. A professional attitude is crucial, as our talent is hired to fulfill specific customer needs and complete jobs efficiently. We represent lifestyle models of all shapes and sizes, as well as fashion models, with females typically being in the height range of 5'8" to 5'11" and males between 6'0" to 6'3". Additionally, we are interested in children aged 5 to 12 who fit standard size clothing.
How do you select talent for bookings?
Our clients, including producers and advertisers, rely on us to provide skilled and suitable talent for their projects. While some clients may have already selected talent from our website, we also regularly review our talent portfolio to recommend actors and models who meet their specific needs. It's important to remember that auditions are ongoing, and you may be considered for a specific booking based on the client's initial selections. Ultimately, the client is the one who chooses the talent for their project.
